I appreciated the excellent customer service. From the time of check in, to the ride to work from dropping off my truck for service, the text & video communication while Fox had my truck, to the making accomodations for me by delivering my truck when I couldn't get back to pick it up. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional.

From the time I showed up to the time I got my car back was short. Answer all of my questions and the young lady was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I got there earlier then my appointment and they still got me in and out fast. Great service

Purchased a vehicle out of state and develop transmission problems when I got home. Fox Chevrolet took the vehicle in and worked with the warranty company to get the transmission replaced. They made the process extremely easy and stress free. Davis, my service advisor, was amazing and very reassuring, friendly, and professional.
