The 2026 Chevy Traverse returns for 2026 with a complete makeover as part of the refresh that introduces the next generation. The crossover SUV shows off a more rugged style and gets a trim-level shakeup to deliver more simplified choices while offering a range of options. The most significant changes include the all-new Z71 trim that brings off-road-oriented style and equipment, as well as sporty options like the RS race-inspired trim.
Interior
Inside, the Chevy Traverse offers plenty of space for large families with a coveted third row that can easily transport up to eight passengers. There is also plenty of cargo space with large storage compartments and cupholders. A new Traverse is a serious upgrade thanks to a standard 17.7-inch infotainment touchscreen powered with a smart Google interface, included in every model regardless of trim level. The interior is incredibly tech-forward with the additional 11.0-inch digital instrument cluster and optional wireless charging pad and Wi-Fi hotspot.
Exterior
The new 2026 Chevy Traverse looks completely different than the previous generations, sporting a more rugged exterior and athleticism not seen in the older models.
